. Tuesday, August 17, 2010

Until now, ABT Sportsline's Audi TT RS tuning consisted of one program, the "Power" package. Consisting of chip tuning and an upgraded ABT intercooler, this program boosts power to an impressive 420 hp (80 hp over stock). ABT has now introduced an even more vigorous option, the "Power S." Adding an additional 81 hp over the "Power" program, and a whopping 161 hp over stock, ABT's "Power S" tuning program pushes the TT RS squarely into supercar territory with 501 horsepower and a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) time of 4 seconds flat.

Like the "Power" program, ABT's "Power S" option includes chip tuning and an ABT intercooler. Although, in order to squeeze out the extra 61 horses, An upgraded ABT turbocharger was added to complete the package. In addition to the Power and Power S packages, ABT also offers a variety of wheels (as seen in the photos) as an aesthetic upgrade.
