Video: MTM Audi R8 V10 bi-turbo prototype spied

Speculated as an über-potent R8 GT "RS" test mule, spy photos of this odd colored Audi R8 first appeared last month on AutoExpress. Skeptical, the photos were quickly debunked by our friends at Fourtitude, who proved the car in question was actually a new prototype from MTM. As it turns out, the German tuner has been developing an Audi R8 project powered by a RS6-sourced, 5.0L bi-turbo V10. This new video captures MTM's latest creation at the company's headquarters in Wettstetten, Germany.

Considering MTM's RS6 tuning program boasts up to 742bhp, we'd imagine this RS6-powered Audi R8 will surpass that mark. Though no official horsepower figure has been released, rumors of 888bhp have already been reported. According GTSpirit, MTM says the car has finished development and will likely debut next month.

Finally, while digging for more information, we found build-photos of the on the MTM-France website which we've attached below.
