Audi R8 GT Spyder design sketches revealed

Along with those of the next-gen A3, Audi has today revealed official design sketches of the R8 GT Spyder. Like the A3 sketches, similar drawings were also leaked earlier this week by British motoring magazine, Autocar. According to Autocar, the new drop-top R8 GT will be "previewed" at the 2011 24 hours of Le Mans in June and launch early next year. Expect the same 560-hp V10 under the Spyder's "hood", along with similar performance and exclusivity as its coupe counterpart. Photo gallery after the jump.
