Seven new Audi A1 "motto vehicles" and orange R8 GT for Wörthersee Tour 2010

2010 marks the fourth year in a row that Audi will attend the annual Wörthersee Tour (May 12 - 15) in Reifnitz (Carinthia), Austria. Featuring a 3,000 square meter booth, Audi is coming to the VW GTI festival equipped with seven new A1 "motto vehicles," an orange R8 GT (displayed at the stand's entrance) and a host of production models ranging from the RS5 to R8 V10 Spyder. Commenting on how Audi fits at a predominantly VW GTI car show, Audi Head of Design, Stefan Sielaff explains; "The Audi A1 fits in with the GTI meet because customization has always been a central topic for the Audi fans here at the Wörthersee and will also play a special role for A1 customers." Sielaff and his team have developed seven different models for the appearance at the Wörthersee, including a model sporting an “FC Bayern” look. The Audi A1 1.4 TFSI shows the design possibilities offered by add-on parts, special paint finishes and adhesive films.
