APS Sportec tunes Audi RS6 to 700 horsepower

UK-based APS has teamed up with Swiss tuner, Sportec to offer two new engine upgrades for the Audi RS6. Stage 1, consisting of an ECU re-map, boosts the RS6's twin-turbo V10 output to 650 hp and 530 ft-lbs of torque. Stage 2 includes a re-mapped ECU, sport air filter and cat-back performance exhaust - boosting output to 700 horsepower and 590 ft-lbs of torque.



With power boosted by 128 hp and torque by 105 ft-lbs the stage 2 Sportec RS6 is good for a 4.2 second run from 0-100 km/h and a limited top speed of 190 mph. In addition to the engine modifications, APS will also offer additional Sportec upgrades for the RS6 including wheels, brakes and suspension packages.
