Return of the Audi Ur-Quattro?

The original or "Ur" Audi Quattro has a special place in any Quattroholic's heart. As one of the most spectacular, timeless Audis ever produced, the Ur-Quattro has been a tough act to follow. Now, after nearly 20 years, the Ur-Quattro may return.

According to the German auto magazine, Autobild, the Urquattro resurection may carry the name "A5 Quattro Sport." Powered by a reported 425 horsepower, twin-turbo V6, the Quattro Sport would fall between the S5 and RS5 models in the already crowded A5 model line. If the A5 Quattro Sport becomes a reality, look for the car to debut in 2012.
